Dynamic Operator and CSR

We are recruiting competent, committed and dynamic Operator and CSR who wants to be part of an innovative organisation.

Roles:

• Answering calls on bank hotlines.
• Monitoring of networks/systems/ATMs.
• Process Interchange files (Visa, MasterCard, UPI).
• Process customer banks’ Payment, Maintenance, New Card Application & Replacement files.
• Run End-of-Day processes.
• Generate statement files (Issuer and Acquirer).
• Perform IT task.

Qualifications & Skills:

• HSC Level.
• Knowledge of IT will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to fluently speak in English & French.
• Capability to work in a team and show team spirit.
• Can work on shift system 24/7 (1st shift 08:30 – 16:30; 2nd shift 16:30 – 00:00; 3rd shift 00:00 to 8:30).
